Great buy. Laud enough, portable, good sound. App is handy function.
I went to the good guys Chatswood on eastern valley way and i had the easiet and best service ever! I was immediately helped and found the perfect speaker for my everyday needs. Mostly for getting ready before work, (listening in the shower and the such) and family gatherings and parties. I love the good guys!
Our favourite beach speakers have become even more durable and practical to use.
Now dust resistant and they float. Inductive charging option. Greater range. Convenient multifunction button.
Auxiliary input has disappeared.
The Boom 3 looks stylish, floats and even sounds good – it’s a worthy successor to UE’s Boom 2
Floats and is IP67 waterproof; Beautiful design; Integrates with streaming services over Bluetooth;
No Bluetooth aptX support;
Bassier than before; So very loud; IP67 makes it even more durable; PartyUp is a great (if a little terrifying) feature; Magic Button isn’t magic, but we’re glad it’s there;
No Spotify playlists; No USB-C; We miss the volume strap;
Two durable Bluetooth speakers
Subtle but brilliant design upgrades
Sort of useless Magic Button
Ultimate Ears has been making some of my favorite Bluetooth speakers for years, and I'd argue that although the Boom 3 and Megaboom 3 aren't game-changing, they're definitely the company's best-sounding pure Bluetooth speakers. They look good and are dead simple to use.
One of my first Gizmodo stories was about Logitech getting serious about design . It was published a few weeks after the company released the first UE Boom, which we would eventually decide was the best Bluetooth speaker you could buy.
