Great sound and good fit but the noise cancelling just does not work. Tried multiple sets and the same issue across all of them. Expected better for a product with a premium price tag.

Not without talent, but in the face of strong competition the Jabras come up a little short
Smooth; mature sound; Compact and comfortable; Good battery life
Lack dynamic and rhythmic expression; ANC can affect sound quality; Bettered by rivals
Jabra has done an excellent job upping their game to keep up in a very competitive and saturated market. The addition of fully adjustable Active Noise Cancelling, larger 12mm drivers, and better HearThrough/noise reduction/mic array while keeping the Elite’s compact form factor and design is...
Small compact design, Excellent listening experience, Solid active noise cancelling, Wireless & USB-C charging, Magnetic charging case, Good battery life: 5.5 hours of ANC use between charges, Well done app with ability to customize listening/user experience, 2-year warranty against dust and...
Overall good. Only down side is if you did want to listen with just one ear it has to be the right on.
The Jabra Elite 85t earbuds are a frustrating mis-step from a company that doesn’t usually make them. On paper these have had a spec boost and added ANC, but none of that counts for much when the physical design lets the audio quality down so badly, letting in so much noise that the ANC is near-pointless.
Long battery life; Wireless charging; Clear microphone;
Poor noise seal limits ANC; Loose fit; Unreliable hear-through mode;
Jabra's Elite 85t earbuds are among the best truly wireless earbuds you can get right now. They have adjustable active noise cancellation, so you can let in as little or as much outside noise as you like, depending on your environment.
Offering excellent active noise-cancellation, a good fit, and effective isolation as a backdrop for great sound quality, these in-ears are the best true wireless headphones Jabra offers.
Great active noise-cancellation (ANC); Comfortable fit; Solid sound quality; Wireless charging;
Bulkier than predecessors; Only IPX4 waterproofing;
The Jabra Elite 85t are some of the best true wireless earbuds you can buy. They combine great sound, good noise cancelling, long battery life and a comfortable fit with an excellent, pocketable case and the ability to connect to two devices at the same time.
Pros: great sound; good noise cancelling; multi-connection; good controls; comfortable fit; great case; long battery; no stalks.
Cons: only right earbud can be used on its own; no aptX; not repairable; batteries not replaceable; expensive.
With the Elite 85t, Jabra fills the one hole in its lineup. The company now has a flagship true wireless model with powerful noise cancellation that rivals the best units I’ve tested.
One look at the 85ts and you know they’re a Jabra product as it retain the same design language from their previous earbuds. It is a bit thicker and heavier than the previous 75t earbuds but still retaining a small footprint weighing in at only 0.12lbs w/ the case.
