I have been carrying both of Samsung’s new foldables on my person when I leave the house for the last few days. It’s mostly for testing purposes, of course, but there’s also a fun game I like to play when I see people I know.

The Galaxy Z Flip4's distinctive design led Samsung to make some sacrifices, as we've already seen with its camera and heat dissipation. The battery is another, and possibly the one that could be more concerning for potential customers.
The Flip 4 is refined and lovely to use, but it’s not quite finished
It folds in half, Good battery life, Camera is fun to use, Actually pocketable
Chunky, No telephoto camera, Cover screen is still small and limited
Samsung moved the needle in mobile design once again when they unveiled the original Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4. This new foldable take on the legacy flip phone took many by surprise and we questioned whether it was last.
Overall, the Galaxy Z Flip4 is a good device for someone who’s looking to dip their toes into the world of folding phones but doesn’t want to pay the higher price tag of the Z Fold4.
Great 120Hz display, Smooth performance, Great cameras, A larger battery is a plus, Easily pocketable
Minimal design changes over Flip3, Overall battery life still isn’t the best, Cover Screen is good but still limited in functionality
While it's a shame that picture and sound quality haven't been upgraded, the iPhone 13 was great in these regards and the iPhone 14 is, too Excellent display Admirable headphone performance Solid build quality No upgrades to picture or sound Familiar design Notch is still present
The iPhone 14 isn’t much of an upgrade over the iPhone 13, but it’s still a great device and an upgrade for anyone coming from the iPhone 11 or older.
Great camera, Good battery, Emergency features are cool, Still excellent performance
Display could use some upgrades
Apple has given select media outlets and YouTubers access to the new iPhone 14 ahead of when it begins arriving in customers' hands on Friday, September 16. There are two models of the iPhone 14, the standard 6.1-inch iPhone 14 and the larger 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Plus.
The iPhone 14 isn't much of an upgrade over the iPhone 13, but it's still a great device and an upgrade for anyone coming from the iPhone 11 or older.
Great camera, Good battery, Emergency features are cool, Still excellent performance
Display could use some upgrades
Slightly better cameras but otherwise, not much of an update - buy the iPhone 14 Pro or switch to Android instead
Better low-light photography, Slightly longer battery life, Action mode gives super stabilised video
The same performance as the iPhone 13, No Dynamic Island or Always-On display, 60Hz screen
