A robust product and a great price.
Works as expected until it starts to get full, then you must hold down the lid for the motor to run. Evidently lid does not have a way to stay on tight and easily lifts when shredding rises.
When my old Shredder decided to give up I replaced it with this one. Good move as I can now shred multiple sheets without having to reverse and clear the feed.
Does what it says on the tin. Decent build quality and had no issues with it to date. Shredding everything we have put through it.
Chews staples; paper clips and CD's

Just used the Fellowes Power Shred. The paper was easy to feed and was quick to shred. Other shredders our office has used have been loud and messy. The 60 Cs is quiet and paper stays in place and does not end up all over the floor. So glad I ordered this product. And it was in our budget!
Used it about an hour after receiving it and it's doing a nice job. Replaced a 15-year Fellowes strip shredder and am pleased with the cross-cut output. This one handles more sheets without bogging down and is slightly quieter.
I PURCHASED THIS SHREDDER AS MY PREVIOUS SHREDDER SHORTED OUT. IT IS RIGHT NEXT TO MY DESK FOR CONVENIENCE. IT WAS SO LOUD I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT. I TOOK IT BACK THE SAME DAY I PURCHASED IT. MAYBE IT WOULD BE OK FOR SOMEONE WHO NEEDED A SHREDDER IN ANOTHER ROOM.
Worked great for almost two years but then died. Now it makes a buzz saw sound and won't shred or pull paper forward or in reverse. Very disappointed and emailed Fellows for warranty service because they say it is covered for 3 years. Will post update on response when we get one if we do.
Good quality shredder for home or home office, I would recommend something stronger for an office. I tried to shred 1 piece of thick junk mail which was still in the envelope, and it quickly got stuck. It is pretty loud, two people in the same room could not talk over the noise of the shredder.
