The sound quality for the size is probably the best you'll get, however the speaker does not turn off automatically and has a very standard 5 hr playing time. Also quite a heavy speaker, not as portable as the boom style portable speakers.

TLDR Good speaker, very HiFi like sound but with Edifier bass(tight and fast), Bose mids(sweet and soft) and Vifa treble(clear and bright). Needs time to run in so the very first sound played through it will let you down. Not very portable due to weight and size but is able to move around.
